Prior to Qila Capital, Raza founded multiple startups including Revenue Engine, Rev AI and Sublime Real Estate. Raza also served as the Executive Vice President for a Healthcare Asset Management company in Florida, managing over $60MM in medical real estate like surgical centers, animal hospitals and medical clinics.
