Brian Green brings a results-oriented approach to his role as Director of Business Development. He has leadership experience in sales, manufacturing, and technology. He managed P&L, drove growth with major retailers like Walmart, and developed operations and account management. At Domo, Brian partnered with executives in financial services to develop data-driven strategies, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and leader.

A former Utah State University basketball player, Brian was named to the All-Conference Second Team and served as team captain. His leadership skills, on and off the court, drive the Wind River Group’s business development initiatives. He now enjoys staying active through workouts, ultra-marathons, and playing ice hockey.

Brian lives in Cache Valley with his wife and their four children—two boys and two girls. On their farm, they raise Scottish Highland cows, horses, chickens, dogs, and cats, enjoying the unique rewards of rural life. Surrounded by the valley’s natural beauty, they feel grateful every day for their many blessings.

Rory Anderson is an accomplished leader with a diverse background in business strategy, education, and real estate. Before joining Wind River Group, she served as VP of Strategy and Growth at Fox Pest Control, where her leadership contributed to the company’s recognition on the Inc. 5000 and Utah’s Business Magazine’s Fast 50 list. She also led a $350 million merger and oversaw 150 employees across multiple departments.

With a Master’s in Business Management and Leadership and completion of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program, Rory excels in optimizing operations and cultivating team success. She has also received several recognitions and awards including Teacher of the Year nomination and the 2024 NPMA Women’s Impact Award.

Committed to community service and family values, Rory and her husband, Dirk, have been married for almost 30 years, raising six children, welcoming four grandchildren, and serving as foster parents.
