It wasn’t until she came across note investing that she found her niche — and that niche is being the bank, as opposed to being the buyer or seller.  She found it was more rewarding to keep the note rather than hope to get the property back. Whereas wholesalers and fix-and-flip investors specialize in getting people out of their homes, as a note investor Brown gets to keep people in their homes.
