Starting out in the corporate world, today’s guest went from a sales insurance agent, moved into a leadership role, then wound up in a marketing position. He started the new position and made a friend along the way. His friend was interested in real estate, and they would spend their free time talking about real estate investing. Talking, lead to a partnership between the two, and luck seemed to hit at the same time, about 13 rental properties fell into their hands, but no experience on what to do next. Fast forward nine years and Luke Andrew’s next goal is to purchase 40 investment properties before he reached 40 years old.
