Over the course of 20+ years, Mr. McCallen has led over $100,000,000 in luxury residential and hospitality construction, served as president of a 400+ person hotel development and management company, and built numerous businesses & brands. Melanie, Josh’s wife and business partner in both Accountable Equity and Vivamee Hospitality, manages designers and architects and serves investors on hospitality projects.
