Today’s guest, Brian Grimes, founder of 24/7 Cash Flow University, started his career as a financial advisor before he began attacking real estate investing with the same vigor he used to attack basketball. Grimes didn’t play for the NBA – but at 6’4″ was nationally ranked by the age of 14, and when he was a freshman in high school, he flew to Akron to play a high school junior named LeBron James. It was during this period of his life that he learned life lessons that ultimately led to his success in the real estate space and gave him the ability to create affordable housing where none existed before. His “co-living” renovations in Philadelphia gave many the opportunity to reclaim lost communities in a time when it was very much needed.
