Daily Pricing Power: What Limited-Service Hotel Investments Have to Offer in a High Interest Rate Environment
March 9 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
In the midst of inflation, high interest rates, and economic uncertainty, limited-service hotels (such as Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inns) offer unique protection for investments. Real estate remains a hedge against inflation, and specifically, limited-service hotels offer additional benefits such as daily rate pricing power and lesser labor costs than other hotel types. Join Josh Glass of Gentry Mills outlines the unique opportunities that only limited-service hotels can offer investors right now. He’ll also discuss our newest program, featuring a Hampton Inn & Suites in Yonkers, NY, offering investors:
- 8% preferred return annually paid quarterly
- Tax depreciation for non-qualified funds
- 3-5 year hold time (estimated)
