Questions Investors Must Ask Before Passively Investing in Real Estate
March 16 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
After years of preparing tax returns for many high-net worth clients, Denise Piazza realized a common denominator across their investment portfolios was real estate. What she didn’t appreciate, however, was how to properly evaluate real estate investment offerings before jumping into passive investing. After several investments across multiple asset classes, Denise discovered a better approach on how to analyze investments and perform due diligence.
In order to help you avoid some of her mistakes, she compiled a list of the top 50 questions to ask before investing in a new real estate investment opportunity. She created this list based on years of experience as a passive investor and will be sharing it in hopes it helps you along your investing journey!
